无创呼吸机串联雾化治疗艾滋病患者肺孢子菌肺炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨无创呼吸机串联雾化治疗艾滋病(AIDS)患者肺孢子菌肺炎(PCP)的效果。方法:2016年8月-2019年8月选择本院收治AIDS伴PCP患者66例为研究对象,随机分为两组,各33例。两组均给予针对性抗菌、止咳、解痉平喘、营养支持及纠正电解质紊乱等治疗。对照组采用无创呼吸机治疗;观察组在无创呼吸机治疗基础上串联布地奈德联合硫酸特布他林雾化治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗后血清炎性因子各项指标水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后肺功能相关指标水平均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无创呼吸机串联雾化治疗艾滋病患者PCP,可有效改善炎性因子水平及肺功能。Objective:To explore the effect of non-invasive ventilator combined with atomization in the treatment of pneumocystis pneumonia(PCP)in AIDS patients.Methods:From August 2016 to August 2019,66 AIDS patients with PCP in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 33 cases in each.Two groups were given targeted antibacterial treatment,antitussive treatment,antispasmodic treatment and antiasthmatic treatment,nutritional support and correction of electrolyte disorders.The control group was treated with noninvasive ventilator.The observation group was treated with non-invasive ventilator combined with budesonide and terbutaline sulfate atomization.We compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,after treatment,the indexes of serum inflammatory factors were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,after treatment,lung function related indexes were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of non-invasive ventilator combined with atomization in the treatment of pneumocystis pneumonia in AIDS patients can effectively improve the level of inflammatory factors and lung function.
