摘　　要：目的:观察阴道乳酸菌胶囊联合制霉菌素栓治疗妊娠期霉菌性阴道炎的效果。方法:2017年7月-2019年7月选择本院收治妊娠期霉菌性阴道炎患者60例为研究对象,根据治疗方案不同分为两组。对照组给予制霉菌素栓治疗,观察组给予阴道乳酸菌胶囊联合制霉菌素栓治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后总有效率为96.67%,明显高于对照组(80.00%,P<0.05);观察组治疗后外阴瘙痒、阴道灼痛、白带异常等症状评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组复发率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阴道乳酸菌胶囊联合制霉菌素栓治疗妊娠期霉菌性阴道炎效果满意,能降低复发率,安全性高。Objective:To explore the effect of vaginal lactobacillus capsule combined with nystatin suppository in the treatment of mycotic vaginitis during pregnancy.Methods:From July 2017 to July 2019,60 patients with mycotic vaginitis during pregnancy in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment schemes.The control group was treated with nystatin suppository.The observation group was treated with vaginal lactobacillus capsule combined with nystatin suppository.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate after treatment in the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05);In the observation group,after treatment,the scores of pruritus vulvae,vaginal burning pain,leucorrhea abnormality and other symptoms were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of vaginal lactobacillus capsule combined with nystatin suppository in the treatment of mycotic vaginitis during pregnancy is satisfactory,it can reduce the recurrence rate and has high safety.
