桡骨远端T型锁定接骨板治疗老年桡骨远端不稳定性骨折的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:研究桡骨远端T型锁定接骨板治疗老年桡骨远端不稳定性骨折患者的临床疗效。方法:2016年1月-2019年11月收治老年桡骨远端不稳定性骨折患者24例,按不同治疗方法分为两组,各12例。A组采用手法复位夹板外固定治疗,B组采用桡骨远端T型锁定接骨板治疗。比较两组治疗结果。结果:B组治疗后骨性愈合时间低于A组,掌倾角与尺偏角均明显大于A组,腕关节功能优良率明显高于A组,术后并发症发生率低于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:桡骨远端T型锁定接骨板用于老年桡骨远端不稳定性骨折治疗中,复位效率理想,更有利于患者腕关节功能恢复,且安全性较高。Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of T-shaped locking plate for distal radius in elderly patients with unstable fracture of distal radius.Methods:From January 2016 to November 2019,24 elderly patients with unstable fracture of distal radius were enrolled,they were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods with 12 cases in each group.A group was treated with manual reduction and splint external fixation.B group was treated with T-shaped locking plate for distal radius.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The bone healing time of B group was lower than A group,the palmar tilt and the ulnar inclination of B group were both significantly larger than A group and the excellent and good rate of wrist function of B group was significantly higher than A group,the incidence of postoperative complication of B group was lower than A group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The T-shaped locking plate for distal radius is used in the treatment of unstable distal radius fractures in the elderly,the reduction efficiency is ideal,it is more conducive to the recovery of wrist function in patients and the safety is high.
