摘　　要：目的:探讨产后子宫复旧不良给予中药生化汤治疗的症状转归情况。方法:2019年2月-2020年2月收治产后子宫复旧不良患者105例,随机分为两组。对照组采取常规治疗;研究组在常规治疗基础上给予中药生化汤治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率及生活质量评分均高于对照组,且中医证候积分、焦虑及抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对产后子宫复旧不良患者采取中药生化汤治疗,可显著提高临床疗效,缓解临床症状,改善患者生活质量及心理状态,安全性较高。Objective:To investigate the outcome of the symptoms of postpartum uterus involution that treated with the traditional Chinese medicine of Shenghua decoction.Methods:From February 2019 to February 2020,105 patients with postpartum uterus subinvolution were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional treatment.The study group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine of Shenghua decoction on the basis of conventional treatment.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment and quality of life scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the scores of TCM syndromes,anxiety and depression scores were lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of patients with postpartum uterus subinvolution by traditional Chinese medicine of Shenghua decoction can significantly improve clinical efficacy,relieve clinical symptoms,improve quality of life and psychological state and it has higher safety.
