应用美宝湿润烧伤膏治疗有机磷农药皮肤腐蚀伤的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察美宝湿润烧伤膏治疗局部皮肤有机磷农药腐蚀伤患者创面的临床疗效。方法:2011年5月-2017年8月收治由有机磷农药导致的皮肤Ⅱ度腐蚀伤、创面面积2%~15%体表总面积(TBSA)的患者40例,随机分为两组,各20例。治疗组采用美宝湿润烧伤膏包扎创面;对照组创面外用碘伏纱布包扎治疗。比较两组创面的局部变化及愈合情况。结果:治疗组愈合平均时间明显短于对照组,换药时疼痛程度明显轻于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:美宝湿润烧伤膏能促进上皮生长,减轻患者痛苦,缩短创面愈合时间,是局部有机磷农药皮肤腐蚀伤患者创面较理想的外用药。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of MEBO in the treatment of patients with local organophosphorus pesticide corrosion wounds.Method:From May 2011 to August 2017,40 patients with skinⅡ°corrosion injury caused by organophosphorus pesticides with 2%~15%TBSA wound area were treated,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 20 cases in each group.The wounds in the treatment group were bandaged with MEBO.Those in the control group were bandaged with iodophor gauze.The local changes and healing of the two groups were compared.Results:The average healing time of the treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the degree of pain was significantly lighter than that of the control group during dressing change,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:MEBO can promote epithelial growth,it can reduce the pain of patients and shorten the healing time of wounds.It is an ideal external medicine for patients with local organophosphorus pesticide skin erosion wounds.
