摘　　要：目的:收集2017年本院高血压患者的住院信息,明确高血压患者的住院情况。方法:选取2017心内科住院高血压患者2078例,进行调查分析。结果:相对于男性高血压患者,女性患者年龄更高。针对血压分级情况,20~40岁组2级高血压所占比例最大,41~60岁组和61~80岁组1级高血压所占比例最大,81岁以上组3级高血压所占比例最大。男性1级高血压所占比例最大,女性3级高血压所占比例最大。针对合并其他疾病情况,20~40岁组合并高脂血症最多,41~60岁组、61~80岁组和81岁以上组均是合并冠心病最多。针对依从性分析,20~40岁组患者依从性最差,其余依次为41~60岁组、61~80岁组,81岁以上组依从性较佳;男性患者依从性较差,女性患者依从性较佳。结论:对于大多数高血压患者,还合并有其他多种慢性疾病,提高患者依从性、加强对高血压患者的健康教育、相关药物的知识宣传、督促患者坚持服药合理用药,是实现血压达标的重要手段。Objective:Collect the inpatient information of hypertension patients in our hospital in 2017,and clarify the inpatient situation of hypertension patients.Methods:In 2017,2078 hypertensive patients in the Department of Cardiology were selected,and we conducted investigation and analysis.Results:Women were older than men with hypertension.According to the classification of blood pressure,the proportion of grade 2 hypertension in the 20 to 40 years old group was the largest,the proportion of grade 1 hypertension in 41 to 60 years old group and 61 to 80 years old group was the largest,the proportion of grade 3 hypertension in the group over 81 years old was the largest.The proportion of grade 1 hypertension in men was the largest,and that of grade 3 hypertension in women was the largest.In view of other diseases,hyperlipidemia was the most common in the 20 to 40 years old group,and coronary heart disease was the most common in the 41 to 60 years old group,the 61 to 80 years old group and the above 81 years old group.According to the analysis of compliance,the patients in the 20 to 40 years old group had the worst compliance,the rest were in the order of 41 to 60 years old group and 61 to 80 years old group,and the patients over 81 years old group had the best compliance.The compliance of male patients was poor,and that of female patients was better.Conclusion:For most patients with hypertension,there are many other chronic diseases,it is an important means to achieve blood pressure standard by improving patients'compliance,strengthening health education for hypertension patients,promoting knowledge of related drugs,and urging patients to adhere to rational medication.
