摘 要:目的:探讨用闭环控制的方法管理糖尿病(DM)患者的效果。方法:选取2018年12月-2019年12月接受护理干预的DM患者100例,随机分为两组。对照组采取常规护理;观察组在常规护理基础上采用闭环控制的方法管理。比较两组相关指标水平、听从性和临床护理满意度。结果:观察组糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖水平均低于对照组,餐后2 h血糖水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血糖恢复时间短于对照组,血糖浮动度、血糖恢复后胰岛素用量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组听从性、临床护理满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:用闭环控制的方法管理61例DM患者,有利于患者血糖指数的改善,缩短血糖恢复时间,降低血糖浮动度及血糖恢复后胰岛素用量。Objective:To explore the effect of closed-loop control on the management of 61 patients with diabetes.Methods:From December 2018 to December 2019,100 diabetic patients who received nursing intervention were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group took routine care.The observation group was managed by closed-loop control on the basis of routine care.We compared related indicators level,compliance and clinical nursing satisfaction of the two groups.Results:The glycated hemoglobin and fasting blood glucose indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the level of blood glucose indexes after 2 hours of the meal was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood glucose recovery time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the blood glucose fluctuation was lower than that of the control group,and the insulin consumption after blood glucose recovery was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance and clinical nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using closed-loop control to control 61 diabetic patients is conducive to the improvement of the patient's glycemic index,shortening the recovery time of blood glucose,reducing blood glucose fluctuation and insulin consumption after blood glucose recovery.
