摘　　要：目的:探讨孕产妇高危管理的措施及临床效果。方法:收集本院2019年5月-2020年1月建册管理的孕产妇751例,其中妊娠风险分级为橙色以上93例,随机分成观察组47例和对照组46例。对照组给予常规护理;观察组在常规护理基础上实施高危孕产妇系统管理措施。比较两组临床效果。结果:观察组产妇无死亡发生,娩出新生儿25例,无自然流产和新生儿死亡发生,缺陷儿1例;对照组产妇无死亡发生,娩出新生儿20例,自然流产2例,新生儿死亡1例,缺陷儿2例;两组母婴结局比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组阴道分娩率高于对照组,剖宫产率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加强孕产妇高危管理的措施可以降低剖宫产率,减少自然流产率,缺陷儿及胎儿死亡率,降低母婴风险。Objective:To explore the measures and clinical effects of high-risk management in maternal.Methods:From May 2019 to January 2020,751 cases of maternal in our hospital who were under register management were enrolled,93 cases belonged orange level or above of pregnancy risk rating,they were randomly divided into two groups with 47 cases in the observation group and 46 cases in the control group.The control group was given conventional nursing.The observation group implemented systematic management measures for high-risk maternal on the basis of conventional nursing.The nursing efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results:No maternal death occurred in the observation group,25 cases of neonates were delivered,no spontaneous abortion and neonatal death and 1 case was defective infants.No maternal death occurred in the control group,20 cases of neonates were delivered,2 cases were spontaneous abortion,1 case was neonatal death and 2 cases were defective infants.Compared with the two groups,the difference of maternal and infant outcomes were statistically significant(P<0.05).The vaginal delivery rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the cesarean section rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Strengthening the management measures of high-risk maternal can reduce the rate of cesarean section,reduce the rate of spontaneous abortion,defective children and fetal mortality and the risk of mother and child was also reduced.
