摘　　要：以先进优秀的医院文化推进医院的科学管理和科学发展是医院管理和发展建设的路径,同时也是医院党建的重要任务和目标要求。该文通过阐述基层公立医院文化建设的重要意义和存在的问题,提出要在“六位一体”党建引领下加强基层公立医院的文化建设。Promoting the scientific management and scientific development of hospitals with advanced and excellent hospital culture should become the path of hospital management,development and construction,and it is also an important task and target requirement of hospital Party building.This paper expounds the significance and existing problems of cultural construction in grassroots public hospitals,and proposes to strengthen the cultural construction of grassroots public hospitals led by the"six-in-one"Party building.
