摘 要:为降低滑片式压缩机整体动态功耗,自制并搭建压缩机动态功耗测试系统,提出通过动态参数测量的滑片式压缩机动态功耗预估方法,研究压缩机吸气压力、排气压力、压缩机动态扭矩等动态参数分布规律,进而分析压缩机动态扭矩影响因素。研究结果表明,出口压力对扭矩影响较进气压力大,压比对压缩机扭矩影响较小;随着转速增加,波动范围增大,但动态扭矩均值呈降低趋势;通过分析动态扭矩特征及影响因素,可合理控制动态扭矩波动,有效降低压缩机动态功耗。In order to reduce the overall dynamic power consumption of the sliding vane compressor,a test system for the dynamic power consumption of the compressor was built.A dynamic power consumption prediction method for sliding vane compressor based on dynamic parameter measurement was proposed to study the distribution of dynamic parameters such as suction pressure,exhaust pressure and dynamic torque of the compressor.Then the influence factors of compressor dynamic torque were analyzed.The results show that the outlet pressure has more influence on the torque than the inlet pressure and the pressure ratio has less influence on the compressor torque.With the increase of rotating speed,the fluctuation range increased,but the mean dynamic torque decreased.By analyzing dynamic torque characteristics and influencing factors,the dynamic torque fluctuation could be reasonably controlled to effectively reduce dynamic power consumption of the compressor.
