摘 要:由往复压缩机部分顶开进气阀的气量调节原理可知,排气量的调节是由进气阀延迟关闭时间决定的,回流过程中的气阀通流面积将影响往复压缩机气量调节的实际效果。基于满负荷往复式压缩机工作原理建立了气量调节工况下的单级往复压缩机工作循环模型,模拟了气阀不同顶开间隙对应通流面积不同时的往复压缩机回流过程,获得了压缩机气缸动态压力变化规律;根据执行机构液压原理,利用AMESim液压仿真平台建立了执行机构模型,模拟执行机构工作状态,获得了不同顶开位移下的执行机构撤回运动规律。本文研究成果为气量调节工况下的气阀通流面积优化选择奠定了基础。According to the gas volume adjustment principle of the reciprocating compressor when the intake valve was partially opened,the adjustment of the exhaust amount is determined by the closing delay time of the intake valve.The flow area of the valve during the recirculation process will affect the actual effect of the gas volume adjustment of the reciprocating compressor.Based on the working principle of the full-load reciprocating compressor,the working cycle model of the single-stage reciprocating compressor under the gas volume regulation condition was established.The reciprocating compressor recirculation process with different flow passage areas corresponding to the different opening clearances of the valve was simulated,and the dynamic pressure variation law of the compressor cylinder was obtained.According to the hydraulic principle of the actuator,the actuator model was established using the AMESim hydraulic simulation platform.The working state of the actuator was simulated,and the law of withdrawal movement of the actuator under different top opening displacements was obtained.The research results of this paper lays a foundation for the optimal selection of valve flow area under gas volume regulation conditions.
