摘 要:曲轴是影响柴油机可靠性最关键的零部件,是柴油机曲柄连杆机构的主要构件及传力件。本文利用ANSYS软件对某轻型风冷柴油机曲轴进行有限元仿真分析并优化,优化后曲轴的质量由原来的即5209.25g,缩减到现在的即4205.12g,质量减少19.28%,体积相应少。优化结果表明利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对曲轴进行有限元仿真分析,对提高曲轴设计效率,提高曲轴性能,降低曲轴制造成本效果明显,对柴油机其他部件参数性能进行优化分析具有借鉴意义。The crankshaft is the most important part that affects the reliability of the diesel engine,and it is the main component and the transmission part of the crank connecting rod mechanism of the diesel engine.In this paper,the finite element simulation analysis and optimization of the crankshaft of a light air-cooled diesel engine are carried out by using ANSYS software.After the optimization,the mass of the crankshaft is reduced from 5209.25g to 4205.12g,19.28%and the volume is correspondingly less.The optimization results show that the finite element simulation analysis of the crankshaft by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS can improve the design efficiency of the crankshaft,improve the performance of the crankshaft,and reduce the manufacturing cost of the crankshaft.It is of great significance to optimize the performance of other components of the diesel engine.
