摘  要:目前某型柴油机普遍存在机油压力低问题,并且在数量上有蔓延和扩散的趋势;在解决油压低问题时,是进行某些零部件的简单更换(如机冷、机滤、油泵等),并没有找到引起油压低问题的共性原因和统一的解决方法,最终解决效果往往差强人意,油压低问题仍然反复出现。导致油压低问题的原因,可能是单个系统异常,引起相关系统之间产生互相影响,最终表征出的一种综合性故障现象,解决油压低问题的难点是找出引起油压低的起始因素,同时排除其他关联系统产生的被动干扰。本次机理分析逻辑流程如下:首先从系统原理逐一分析、排查;对干扰因素运用数据统计方法进行初步判断,最终通过对比试验排除干扰因素,针对性找出油压低问题的根本原因。At present,low oil pressure is a common problem in a diesel engine,and the number of the spread and diffusion trend;When solving the problem of low oil pressure,it is a simple replacement of same parts(such as maching cooling,machine filtering,oil pump,etc.),and did not find the commom causes of the problem of low oil pressure and a unified solution,the final solution is often unsatisfactory,low oil pressure problem still recurring.The cause of the problem low oil pressure may be the abnormality of a single system,which leads to the mutual influence among related systems,and at the same time eliminate the passive interference generated by other related systems.The logical flow of the mechanism analysis is as follows:firstly,analyze and check one by one from the system principle;The interfence factors were preliminiarily judged by the statistical method of data,and finally the interference factors were eliminated through the comparative test to find out the root cause of the problem of low oil pressure.
