摘　　要：对冲压件的结构和技术要求进行分析和研究,制定了合理的连续工艺方案,并做出对应的模具结构设计。该连续模设计合理,稳定可靠,能生产出符合要求的冲压件,可为同类型模具结构设计提供参考。According to analyze and study the structure and technical requirements of the stamping part,the Reasonable progressive process plan is determined,Then the mold structures is also given.The result shows that,the progressive process is reasonable,stable and reliable.It can produce qualified stamping parts,and also can provide reference for the same type of mould design.
