微造型表面摩擦特性与三维形貌表征参数关联性研究

摘  要:运用激光打标机在金属圆盘圆周表面加工微造型,使用三维轮廓仪获得表面的三维形貌表征参数值,并通过试验得到各表面的摩擦系数,探索了微造型表面摩擦性能与三维形貌表征参数之间的相关关系。结果表明:表面摩擦系数随S ku、S pc值的增大而减小,随S sk、V mp值的增大而增大,V vv、V vc以及连通性系数U s三个参数值过大或过小均不利于提高表面的摩擦性能。Micro modelling are manufactured on metal circular surfaces by laser marking machine,using three-dimensional optical profilometer to get the three-dimensional characterization parameters of each textured surface and friction coefficients are obtained by experiments,so as to explore the relationship between frictional property and three-dimensional characterization parameters.The results show that friction coefficient decreases with the increase of S ku and S pc,and increases with the increase of S sk and V mp and that it is not conducive to teh improvement of the frictional property of the surface if the values of V vv,V vc and connectivity coefficient U s are too large or too small.
