摘　　要：现有能源交易机制存在能量流、信息流、资金流流向复杂及能源交易计量标准对国家政策、地理差异的鲁棒性低等问题,针对这些问题,提出了基于区块链技术的能源交易信息管理机制。该机制以区块链技术为底层技术设计弱中心化信息管理系统,系统由信息交互、能源交易和金融交易三大区块化交易平台构成,用于管理能源交易中的信息流、能量流和资金流,称为“三流”管理,基于“三流”管理,一种新型能源交易模式被设计。与现有能源交易机制相比,所提出的机制在能源交易、信息传递、资金安全和实现能源交易市场大范围资源动态平衡等方面更有优势。The current energy trading mechanism is complicated in energy flow,information flow and capital flow and the energy trading measurement standards have low robustness to the national policy and geographical differences.According to these problems,this paper puts forward the the energy trading information management mechanism based on the blockchain technology.Such mechanism designs the weak centralized information management system with blockchain technology as the bottom technology,which consists of three blockchain trading platforms,including information interaction,energy trading and financial transaction used for the management of information flow,energy flow and capital flow.This is a new energy transaction model.Compared with the available energy transaction mechanism,the new mechanism has more advantages in energy trading,information transmision,capital security and realization of large-scale resource dynamic equilibrium of energy trading market.
