天丝^TM弹力印节绉布的设计与生产

摘　　要：文章采用天丝TM莱赛尔纤维为原料,开发出一种弹力印节绉布。首先系统介绍了产品设计思路与设计过程,然后重点对纱线染色工艺、前织生产技术、织造生产技术等进行了分析,并对松式后整理技术要点作了必要说明。织物经整理后,产品外观呈现出泡绉结合的自然风格,且穿着舒适,适用于夏季女装制作。Take Tencel^TM Lyocell fiber as the raw material to develop an elastic crepe.First,the product design idea and design process were introduced,and then the yarn dyeing process,pre-weaving technology,weaving technology,etc.were analyzed.In the end,the essential points of loose finishing technology were explained.The finished fabric presents a natural style combined with the look of seersucker and crepe,which is comfortable to wear and suitable for summer women’s wear.
