摘　　要：通过分析10 kV电缆头绝缘击穿事故,提出变频串联谐振耐压试验措施,并说明其工作原理和实际应用的具体操作步骤。By analyzing the breakdown accident of 10 kV cable head insulation,the voltage resistance test measures of frequency conversion series resonance were put forward,and its working principle and specific operation steps of practical application were introduced.
