摘　　要：2019年11月,北京市经实验室检验确诊2例鼠疫病例,根据患者的流行病学史与临床表现确认为输入性肺鼠疫,这是建国后肺鼠疫首次输入北京市。该起疫情中实验室检测发挥了重要作用,本文简单介绍此次疫情中的实验室检测过程并重点探讨鼠疫实验室检验中检测方法与检测试剂的相关问题。In November,2019,two imported pneumonic plague cases were confirmed by laboratory testing together with the epidemiology history and clinical manifestation of the patients,which is the first time that pneumonic plague has been imported into Beijing since the founding of the People’s Republic of China.Laboratory verification played an important role in fighting the outbreaking of imported pneumonic plague.In this paper,the laboratory testing process was introduced briefly,and the problems relating to laboratory examination of plague was then discussed,focusing specially on the problems in the detection method and reagents.
