摘　　要：为保证绿色制造、节能减排,对催化剂颗粒载体成型非标设备挤条机进行了一系列改造,改造后解决了原来设备易烧电机的问题,同时减少了非标备件的消耗,降低了挤出成型过程中大量废料的产生,使该设备成为环境友好的设备。In order to ensure green manufacture and to reach energy saving and emission reduction,the extruder used in molding of catalyst particle carrier was reformed,with which the problem that motor was easy to be overloading had been solved.At the same times,the consumption of spare parts was reduced and the wastes produced in molding process were decreased.This extruder has been reformed to be friendly with environment.
