摘 要:研究在焦化废水A^2/O工艺处理的基础上,选用Fenton法对其二级生化出水进行进一步深度处理,通过分析不同因素对深度处理效果的影响,筛选焦化废水深度处理的最佳方案。实验研究表明:pH值调节为3,H_2O_2投加量2.0 mL/L,Fe^(2+)投加量0.24 g/L,在40 ℃条件下恒温反应120 min可达到最佳处理效果,COD、氨氮去除率分别为59.84%、52.33%,处理后指标均满足GB 16171—2012《炼焦化学工业污染物排放标准》排放要求。因此,Fenton法深度处理二级生化出水对于焦化废水的达标排放具有较高的应用价值。Based on A2/O process of treating coking wastewater,Fenton method was used to further treat effluent which reached secondary biochemical level.By analyzing the effects of different factors to the advanced treatment,the optimum scheme for treating coking wastewater was selected from screening.It was shown from the experiment that with pH value of 3,contents of H2O2 of 2.0 mL/L and Fe2+of 0.24 g/L,and under the constant temperature of 40℃,the best result,in which the removal rates of COD and ammonia nitrogen in the effluent reached 59.84%and 52.33%and the requirements in GB 16171—2012“Emission Standard of Pollutants for Coking Chemical Industry”was also reached,can be obtained from the reaction.Thus use of Fenton method in treatment of effluent with secondary biochemical level is valuable in making coking wastewater reach the requirement in standards.
