晋北散养边鸡群ALV-p27携带率及ALV-A/B与ALV-J亚群的ELISA检测  

ELISA Detection of ALV-p27 Carrying Rate,ALV-A/B and ALV-J Subgroups of Free-range Bian Chickens in Northern Shanxi

摘　　要：为了解晋北地区农户散养边鸡群ALV感染情况,从鸡群中采集蛋清和血清样品共92份,应用ELISA方法检测ALV-p27抗原及蛋清和血清样品中ALV-A/B与ALV-J抗体阳性率。ELISA结果显示,92份蛋清和血清样品的ALV-p27抗原检出率为9.78%,ALV-A/B与ALV-J抗体阳性率分别为20.00%和6.25%。检测结果表明,晋北散养蛋鸡群同时感染外源性ALV-A/B与ALV-J亚群,且主要以A/B亚群为主,不存在ALV-A/B与ALV-J 2种或3种亚群的共感染。To understand ALV(Avian leukosis Virus,ALV)infection status of free-range Bian chicken in northern Shanxi,a total of 92 samples of egg-white and serum were collected from laying hens flocks.Positive rates of ALV-p27 antigen of all samples and ALV-A/B and ALV-J antibody of serum were detected by ELISA.The results showed that positive rate of ALV-p27 antigen of all samples was 9.78%,positive rates of ALV-A/B and ALV-J antibody of serum were 20.00%and 6.25%,respectively.These detection data indicated that commercial layers in a Bian chicken farm were infected with exogenous ALV-A/B and ALV-J subgroup simultaneously,mainly carring with ALV-A/B,and there were no co-infection between two or three subgroups of ALV-A/B and ALV-J.
