摘  要:丁酸作为短链脂肪酸的一种,在动物的无抗生素养殖中受到越来越多的关注。虽然丁酸在体外有杀菌的功能,但在体内也能够杀菌,还缺乏有力的证据。在日粮中添加丁酸,可以使动物的生产性能得到改善。目前,普遍接受的观点是,丁酸可以为动物的肠道细胞提供能量,改善肠道的结构和功能。综合目前丁酸在人和鼠类的研究成果以及家禽和猪现有的关于丁酸的研究报告可以推定,丁酸在鸡和猪的营养代谢中,通过与特定的受体结合,产生一组肠道激素,对机体的营养代谢产生一系列宏观调控,其中包括:增加动物的饱腹感,导致胃的排空减慢,使胰岛素分泌增加,增加对营养物质的吸收和利用,促进动物的合成代谢,并且维持和改善肠道的结构与功能。Butyric acid,a short-chain fatty acid,receives increasingly more attention in animal production without antibiotics.Although butyric acid has an antimicrobial function in vitro,there is no persuasive evidence to prove that butyrate can kill bacterial directly in vivo.Adding butyrate to animal diets can improve production performance.A currently accepted mode of action for butyrate is that it can provide energy for animal enterocytes and improve the structure and function of the intestine.Based on the current research results of butyric acid in humans and rodents,and the existing research reports on butyric acid in poultry and swine,it can be presumed that butyric acid is combined with specific receptors to produce a group of intestinal hormones.These hormones initiate systemic effects on metabolism regulation.These effects include producing satiety in animals,slowing the emptying of the stomach,increasing insulin secretion,promoting animal anabolism,increasing absorption and utilization of nutrients,and maintaining the structure and function of the intestine.
