摘　　要：目的:分析激光光凝治疗视网膜血管疾病患者的方法及预后效果。方法:于2017年1月--2019年1月,选取视网膜血管疾病患者80例,按入院就诊单双号分组,分2组各40例。采用常规药物治疗控制组,采用激光光凝治疗试验组。比较两个组别总有效率、视力改善水平及并发症。结果:两个组别总有效率、视力提高率、并发症率等对比发现试验组优于控制组(P<0.05),有统计学价值。结论:激光光凝治疗视网膜血管疾病患者的效果显著,即可提升患者治愈率和视力水平,且可减少患者并发症,值得推广研究。Objective:to analyze the method and prognosis of laser photocoagulation in the treatment of retinal vascular diseases.Methods:from January 2017 to January 2019,80 patients with retinal vascular disease were divided into two groups,40 in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs and the experimental group was treated with laser photocoagulation.The total effective rate,visual improvement and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:the total effective rate,visual acuity improvement rate and complication rate of the two groups were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:laser photocoagulation is effective in the treatment of retinal vascular disease,which can improve the cure rate and visual acuity level of patients,and reduce the complications of patients.
