摘　　要：共建共享方案使运营商投资管理复杂化。根据中国联通内部投资管理的需要,制定适用31省的5G网络成本内部虚拟结算规则。研究建立5G网络成本内部虚拟结算方法,构建了以单基站网络成本定额为核心的内部虚拟结算模型,为中国联通内部管理提供决策依据,提升省间投资安排的合理性及有效性,促进降本增效,以保证公司长期可持续发展。The co-construction and sharing scheme makes the investment management of operators complicated.According to the needs of China Unicom’s internal investment management,the internal virtual settlement rules of 5G network cost applicable to 31 provinces are formulated.It studies the establishment method of 5G network cost internal virtual settlement,and constructs the internal virtual settlement model with single base station network cost quota as the core,which provides decisionmaking basis for China Unicom’s internal management,improves the rationality and effectiveness of inter provincial investment arrangement,promotes cost reduction and efficiency increase,and ensures the long-term sustainable development of the company.
