摘　　要：5G新技术商用给运营商的CAPEX及OPEX支出带来巨大压力,为促进5G网络TCO最优,中国联通启动5G网络效益测算工作,根据5G资产、成本特征,区分直接、支撑、公用等资产类型,挂钩资源使用量、收入等驱动因素,制定差异化分摊规则,衡量5G网络投入产出效率,满足省分及本地网对标管理需求。此平台将利用中国联通现有信息化数据中台和网络资源平台,最大程度减少人为干扰因素,对5G网络进行科学、高效地独立效益核算。The commercialization of 5G new technologies has put tremendous pressure on operators’CAPEX and OPEX expenditures.In order to promote the TCO optimization of 5G network,China Unicom starts the benefit accounting work for 5G network.Based on characteristics of 5G assets and cost,it has classified these assets into direct assets,support assets and common assets.It links the driving factors such as network traffic and income,formulates differentiated allocation rules,and measures the input and output efficiency of 5G network to meet the needs of provincial and local network benchmarking management and promote optimal 5G network TCO.The sub-network accounting platform will use China Unicom’s existing management domain data center and operation&maintenance resource platform to minimize human factors interference and perform scientific and efficient independent benefit accounting on 5G networks.
