摘  要:针对目前光伏发电存在的孤岛现象,设计了一种被动式防孤岛保护装置。通过软硬混合测频策略,提高了频率测量准确度,解决了传统频率保护在逆变器启动时容易误动的难题;采用双串口通信方式,实现全双工数据交互,提高抗干扰能力;设计了一种滑窗采样方法,满足交直流开关量检测需求,简化硬件电路。Aiming at the island phenomenon of photovoltaic power generation,a passive anti-island protection device was designed.The accuracy of frequency measurement was improved through the strategy of soft-hard hybrid frequency measurement,which solved the problem that the traditional frequency protection was easy to misoperate when the inverters started up.The dual serial communication mode was adopted to realize full-duplex data interaction and improved the anti-interference ability.A sliding window sampling method was designed to meet the requirements of AC/DC switching detection and the hardware circuit was simplified.
