摘  要:文章结合强度理论计算,对电力变压器桶形油箱结构的立板加强铁间距、厚度、高度进行优化,探寻满足油箱机械强度要求的、材料最省的结构,应用ANSYS Workbench软件进行静力学仿真模拟,并通过实物真空压力试验和正压试验进行验证。Combined with strength theory calculation,the spacing,thickness and height of vertical plate reinforcing iron of power transformer bucket tank structure were optimized,and the structure which met the mechanical strength requirements of oil tank and had the least material was explored.ANSYS Workbench software was applied to carry out static simulation,which was verified by vacuum pressure test and positive pressure test.
