摘  要:基于FPGA高速、可编程的特点,设计了用于触发晶闸管导通的测试设备。利用Verilog语言编写了程序,并在Xilinx公司提供的ISE 8.x开发软件上实现了软件仿真,在开发板上经过验证,证明了该方法符合设计初衷,达到设计要求,同时介绍了晶闸管级测试电路原理及测试过程。Based on the high-speed and programmable characteristics of FPGA,a test equipment used to trigger the conduction of the thyristor was designed.The program was written in Verilog language,and software simulation was implemented on the ISE 8.x development software provided by Xilinx.It was verified on the development board to prove that the method met the original intention of the design and met the design requirements.At the same time,the principle and test process of the thyristor-level test circuit were introduced.
