摘　　要：2020年,"低龄留学"受到了前所未有的关注。自新冠肺炎疫情暴发后,中外通航障碍重重,留学生回国成了一大难题。其中未成年的"小留学生"因为年龄尚小,自理能力难与成年学生相比,面对的风险也更高。In the year of 2020,teenagers who are study abroad are concerned by many people.Because of their low age,they have no ability to protect themselves during Covid-19 period.Parents are all feel anxious and hope government can help to fly their children home.Although Covid-19 is in controlled these days,studying abroad with low age is still a hot topic among international education industry.The director of China center for international educational exchange,Yin Kai,talked about his opinion to under-age students who studying abroad and suggestions to children and their parents.
