摘  要:目的:探讨右美托咪定复合氯胺酮在超声引导下小儿臂丛神经阻滞中的应用。方法:选择2014年3月-2018年3月于我院进行超声引导下小儿臂丛神经阻滞患儿96例,随机分成对照组和观察组各48例,对照组接受氯胺酮麻醉,观察组接受右美托咪定复合氯胺酮麻醉,比较两组患儿的感觉和运动阻滞起效时间。结果:观察组患儿的感觉和运动阻滞起效时间均短于对照组患儿(P<0.05)。结论:右美托咪定复合氯胺酮在超声引导下小儿臂丛神经阻滞中能够起到更好的神经阻滞效果。Objective:To explore the application of dexmedetomidine combined with ketamine in children's brachial plexus block under the guidance of ultrasound.Methods:from March 2014 to March 2018,96 children with brachial plexus block under the guidance of ultrasound were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 48 cases in each group.The control group received ketamine anesthesia,and the observation group received right metoclopramide combined with ketamine anesthesia.The onset time of sensory and motor block was compared between the two groups.Results:the onset time of sensory and motor block in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dexmedetomidine combined with ketamine can play a better role in children's brachial plexus block under the guidance of ultrasound.
