摘 要:目的:探究分析情景模式在基础护理教学中的临床应用价值。方法:2018年7月至2019年7月,共有162名实习护生在本院实习,根据实习期间教学方法的差异将护生分为两组,传统组81名护生进行传统护理教学,观察组81名护生进行情景模式教学,比较两组教学效果。结果:观察组81例的综合考试评分(理论知识、实践操作技能、沟通能力、应急应变能力)高于传统组(P<0.05)。观察组81例对教学的满意度、对教师的满意度、对自我的满意度显著高于传统组(P<0.05)。结论:在基础护理教学中开展情景教学模式,可提高护生的实习效果,可提高护生对教学、教师、自我的满意度,值得在临床推广应用。objective:to explore and analyze the clinical application value of situational mode in basic nursing teaching.Methods:from July 2018 to July 2019,a total of 162 nursing students practiced in our hospital.Nursing students were divided into two groups according to the differences in teaching methods during the internship.81 nursing students in the traditional group were given traditional nursing teaching,while 81 nursing students in the observation group were given situational teaching,and the teaching effect of the two groups was compared.Results:the scores of 81 cases in the observation group were higher than those in the traditional group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of 81 cases in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:developing the situational teaching model in the basic nursing teaching can improve the practice effect of nursing students and improve their satisfaction with teaching,teachers and themselves,which is worthy of clinical application.
