摘　　要：山东鲁北企业集团总公司结合石膏制硫酸联产水泥装置,利用其回转窑处置废硫酸和废石膏。介绍石膏制硫酸联产水泥的工艺流程、原料、产品质量标准。重点阐述工艺指标控制和关键技术创新点,并进行成本效益分析。该技术对实现含硫类固液废物协同处理新体系的产业化运营和规模化推广具有极大的现实意义。Shandong Lubei Enterprise Group General Company uses its rotary kiln to dispose waste sulfuric acid and waste gypsum combination with production plant of sulphuric acid and cement from gypsum.The technological process,raw materials and product quality standards of acid making and cement production from gypsum are introduced.The process index control and key technology innovation points are described,and the cost-benefit is analyzed.This technology is great practical significance to realize the industrialized operation and large-scale promotion of the new system of sulfur-containing solid-liquid waste collaborative treatment.
