摘　　要：目的:探讨武汉火神山医院药品使用情况,为今后建立类似专科医院的药品保障提供参考。方法:统计该院药品出库情况,分析临床用药特点。结果:该院共有319个品规的药品,包含11个种类,该院所有品规药品出库率为96.24%。维生素类、营养类药物、酶制剂以及调节水、电解质和酸碱平衡的药物出库数量最多,抗感染药物出库金额最多。结论:该院药品品种遴选适宜,药品使用情况可以很好地反应重症新冠患者的用药特点,临床用药合理,药品供应保障完善。OBJECTIVE To explore the use of medicine in inpatient of Huoshenshan Hospital in Wuhan, and to provide reference for the establishment of similar specialized hospitals in the future.METHODS The outbound delivery situation of drugs in the hospital was analyzed, and the characteristics of clinical medication were analyzed.RESULTS There were 319 kinds of drugs in the hospital, including 11 kinds. outbound delivery of all the drugs in the hospital was 96.24%. Vitamins, nutritional drugs, enzyme preparations, and drugs concerning regulating water, electrolyte, and acid-base balance were the top three categories in quantity among the druges of outbound delivery, and anti-infective drugs were the top one category in expenditure.CONCLUSION The selection of drug varieties in this hospital is appropriate, and the use of drugs can well reflect the medication characteristics of patients with COVID-19, with reasonable clinical medication and perfect drug supply guarantee.
