摘  要:超薄规格热轧板带“以热代冷”实现减量化生产和节能减排,是现代板带轧制技术发展的方向。对比了常规热连轧和热卷箱技术及其无头轧制技术、薄板坯连铸连轧及其半无头轧制技术、铸轧短流程全无头轧制技术等三类装备的超薄规格生产现状并予以分析,认为“全无头+短流程+高质量”是热轧发展的重要方向。若瓶颈问题得到解决,“全无头+短流程+铁素体轧制”技术将具有较好的经济性和发展前景。The ultra-thin hot rolled strip,which can be used“replace cold rolled products by hot rolled”to energy-saving and emission-reduction technology,is the development trend of modern strip rolling technology.This article mainly compared and analyzed three kinds of hot rolling equipment,including the conventional strip and hot coil box and its endless rolling,thin slab continuous casting and rolling technology and its half headless rolling technology,endless rolling technology of short process.Pointed out that“Endless rolling+compact production+high quality”is the important project of hot rolling.“Endless rolling+compact production+ferritic rolling”technology has strong feasibility and broad prospects for development,if the bottleneck problem can be solved.
