冷轧水处理污泥干化设备选材腐蚀试验研究

摘  要:由于冷轧水处理污泥中氯含量达0.5%,干燥设备工作温度比较高,加速了干燥设备的腐蚀,因此需开展污泥干化设备选材的试验研究。在100℃、含1%氯离子溶液中的腐蚀测试结果表明,304、316、2205不锈钢产生了良好的钝化,腐蚀速率很低,Q345、球墨铸铁、耐候钢三种材料出现了明显的均匀腐蚀。304、316、2205、NbTi涂层、NbTi氧化涂层材料在50℃、6%FeCl3溶液中的主要腐蚀形式是均匀腐蚀和点蚀;三种不锈钢受到了明显的均匀腐蚀和点蚀,其中2205耐点蚀性能最好,316次之,304耐点蚀性能最差;两种涂层均表现出较优异的耐点蚀性能。鉴于2205双相不锈钢是目前间接干化设备常用材料之一,因此建议间接干化设备中与污泥接触部件采用2205双相不锈钢材料。Because the chlorine content in some cold-rolled water treatment sludge reaches about 0.5%and the working temperature of drying equipment is relatively high,it accelerates the corrosion of Cl-.The corrosion test of material selection for sludge drying equipment were carried out.The corrosion test results in 100℃and 1%Cl-solution showed that 304,316,2205 stainless steel had a good passivation and low corrosion rate,and Q345,ductile cast iron,weathering steel suffered obvious uniform corrosion.Pitting corrosion resistance of stainless steel ferric chloride of 304,316,2205,NbTi coating,NbTi oxidation coating showed that the main form is uniform corrosion and pitting corrosion.Three kinds of stainless steel suffered the uniform corrosion and pitting corrosion.Pitting corrosion resistance of 2205 is the best,compared with 316 and 304.Two kinds of coatings showed a good pitting corrosion resistance performance.Since 2205 duplex stainless steel is also commonly used in indirect drying equipment,it is recommended to use 2205 duplex stainless steel for sludge contact parts in indirect drying equipment.
