摘 要:介绍了宝钢股份宝山基地某直流锅炉—汽轮发电机组在RB工况下给水调节回路逻辑及参数的优化情况。通过对一起因运行中1台汽动给泵脱扣触发RB动作事件的分析,指出了当前该锅炉给水调节逻辑回路中存在的不足,并针对逻辑完善和参数优化,给出了具体建议,用以增强给水调节系统的动态调节特性,避免因给水调节滞后发生MFT(主燃料切断)的严重后果。The improvement for the control loop of the supply water of a once-through boiler steam-generator unit in Baoshan Iron&Steel Co.,Ltd.,was discussed.A case of RB condition due to the trip of a steam-driven boiler supply water pump was thoroughly analysised.The shortage of the control loop of the supply water was pointed out.And the improvement method and parameter adjustment for the control loop of the supply water were discussed to improve the dynamic performance of the supply water control loop in order to avoid the severe MFT(main fuel trip)consequence.
