摘　　要：通过对黑龙江省集体林管理现状的深入调研发现,目前全省地方集体生态公益林发展中存在着管护不到位现象。地方集体生态公益林涉及面较广、问题较多,针对地方集体生态公益林如何进行有效管护,分析当前我省地方集体生态公益林管理上存在的问题和不足,并为管护这些森林提出切实可行的措施与建议。Through an in-depth investigation of the status quo of collective forest management in Heilongjiang Province,it is found that there is a phenomenon of insufficient management and protection in the development of local collective ecological public welfare forests in the province.Local collective ecological public welfare forests involve a wide range of issues and many problems.Aiming at how to effectively manage and protect local collective ecological public welfare forests,this paper analyzes the current problems and deficiencies in the management of local collective ecological public welfare forests in our province,and proposes practical measures and suggestions for the management and protection of these forests.
