摘  要:随着全球信息化和教学改革的不断深入,培养具有实践经验的创新型人才是高等教育人才培养的基本目标,也是当前科教兴国战略实施的重要途径之一。本工作在产学研驱动背景下,开展对于研究生培养创新模式的探索,从研究生教育发展方式、研究生教育资源、协同培养创新环境、教育创新文化氛围以及创新创业教育评价体制建立几个方面,研究产学研环境下理工科研究生培养模式的新途径,为产学研驱动下理工科研究生协同创新培养模式提供一些新思路。With the deepening of global information technology and teaching reform,training innovative talents with practical experience is the basic goal of personnel training in higher education,and also one of the important ways to implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education.In this work,under the background of industry,University and research drive,we explore the innovation mode of graduate education.From the aspects of the development mode of graduate education,graduate education resources,collaborative cultivation and innovation environment,education and innovation culture atmosphere,and the establishment of innovation and entrepreneurship education evaluation system,we study the new way of the cultivation mode of science and engineering graduate students under the environment of industry,University and research drive The mode of collaborative innovation training for engineering postgraduates provides some new ideas.
