摘　　要：当前移动互联网络技术的发展,线上线下混合教学模式成为不可抗拒的潮流,开放大学校园,打破大学壁垒,共享优质教学资源成为世界大学的必然趋势。现实迫使所有教师进行直播与平台MOOC课以及线下的混合教学,对于这种教学模式,如何评判教师教学工作?如何过程管理教师与如何激励这种混合教学管理工作?本文以一线教师的身份与体会,对上述问题提出解决建议与方案。With the development of mobile Internet technology,online and offline hybrid teaching mode has become an irresistible trend.It is an inevitable trend for universities in the world to open university campuses,break university barriers and share high-quality teaching resources.Reality forces all teachers to carry out live and platform MOOC class and offline mixed teaching.For this teaching mode,how to evaluate teachers'teaching work?How to manage process teachers and how to motivate this kind of mixed teaching management?Based on the identity and experience of front-line teachers,this paper puts forward suggestions and solutions to the above problems.
