摘 要:为了有效地模拟和预报暴雨造成的城市内涝灾害状况,在详细收集研究区域地形、气象、水文、水利等方面资料的基础上,针对福州市北部新店新区建立了城市洪水灾害数学模型。该模型以二维非恒定流方程为基本控制方程,模拟城市洪水来临时内河地表的汇流与径流状况。应用有限元法基本思想建立了三角形计算网格,在网格上合理设置变量,对控制方程进行离散、编程和求解。根据数值模拟结果,对新店新区的河道进行合理的整治与规划。In order to more effectively simulate and forecast the water-logging disaster caused by the urban rainstorm,the mathematical model of urban flood is established for Xindian new area of North Fuzhou,based on the detailed collection of the terrain,meteorology,hydrology,water conservancy and other information of the research area.Based on the two-dimensional unsteady flow equation,the model simulates the surface runoff and confluence of the river when the urban flood comes.Based on the basic idea of the finite element method,a triangular computing grid is established,on which the variables are set reasonably,the control equations are discretized,programmed and solved.Finally,according to the results of the numerical simulation,the reasonable regulation and planning of the river channel in Xindian new area are carried out.
