朱丹溪“痰郁”从脾论治

摘　　要：朱丹溪重视痰郁致病,指出"百病皆痰",同时注重顾护脾胃,提出治痰当"实脾土,燥脾湿,是治其本"。该文主要从脾胃观的角度出发阐释痰郁是因人体脾胃"传化失常"所形成的痰饮郁结于体内而发生的病理变化,试述食郁、湿郁、气郁可通过影响脾胃运化功能及气机升降导致痰郁形成,并可通过健脾燥湿、健脾理气、健脾清胃的方法达到治疗痰郁的目的。ZHU Danxi emphasized on phlegm stagnation,putting forward that"All diseases are due to phlegm".He also emphasized stomach and spleen,pointing out"Basic treatment should be strengthening stomach and clearifying spleen wetness".From the view of stomachspleen,this article states phlegm stagnation are caused by phlegm retention of pathological changes in abnormal digestion of stomach-spleen on human body,explaining formation of phlegm by food,dampness,Qi to affect movements of stomach-spleen and Qi.Treatment of phlegm retention could be taken by invigorating spleen and dampness,tonifying spleen and regulating qi,strengthening spleen and clearing stomach.
