漆酶在棉织物漂白和印染废水脱色中的应用

摘  要:漆酶主要由4个Cu^2+与半胱氨酸、蛋氨酸以及组氨酸组成。Bayer公司的漆酶产品以商品名Baylase进入市场。为提高其氧化还原电位,又以商品名Prepart RP的一种中介体ABTS作为商品。但仍然因催化效率不高,生成的双氧水浓度还不足以氧化棉纤维内杂质而达不到漂白要求的白度。另一内容是漆酶对印染废水的脱色,根据已在实验室用不同来源的漆酶对多种染料在废水中进行脱色,并取得一定效果,但还需在印染厂废水中脱色,视其应用效果如何再作定论。The laccase with the brand name Baylase,produced by Bayer Co.,Ltd.,consists of 45 Cu^2+,aminothiopropionic acid,methionine and histidine.In order to improve its redox potential,ABTS,a mediator of the Prepart RP,is taken as a product.However,since the catalytic efficiency is not high enough,the concentration of the hydrogen peroxide is not enough to oxidize the impurities in the cotton fiber to achieve the whiteness required by bleaching.On the other hand,as for the application of the laccase on printing and dyeing wastewater decolorization,some achievements have been made in the laboratory,but its application in industry needs to be further verified.
