浅析《千金方》对中医妇科学的贡献

摘　　要：《千金方》由药王孙思邈所著,涉及内外妇儿、杂病、养生、针灸等临床各科,对后世影响深远。孙氏将妇人病置于绪论之后,列于诸卷之首,从一定程度上反映了他对妇人病的重视。本文从月经病寒温并用,带下病祛风补肾,妊娠病治养并重,产后病调养为先以及杂病巧治等方面阐述《千金方》对中医妇科学的贡献。The Qianjin Fang was written by the pharmaceutical king Sun Simiao, which involved the clinical departments of women and children, inside and outside, miscellaneous diseases, health maintenance, acupuncture and moxibustion. It has a far-reaching influence on later generations. After the introduction, gynecological disease was listed at the top of all the chapters, which reflected Sun’s attention to gynecological disease. This paper expounds the contribution of Qianjin Fang to gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine from the following aspects: cold and warm herbs combination for menstrual diseases, removing wind and tonifying kidney for leukorrheal diseases, paying equal attention to the treatment and maintenance for pregnancy diseases, giving priority to the treatment for postpartum diseases, and the ingenious treatment for miscellaneous diseases.
