自拟益气生血汤治疗气血亏虚型肛瘘临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨自拟益气生血汤治疗气血亏虚型肛瘘的效果。方法选取2018年1月—2019年1月在沈阳市肛肠医院肛门科八病房的80例气血亏虚型肛瘘患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组40例采取常规西医治疗;试验组40例在采取常规西医治疗肛瘘方法的基础上加用自拟益气生血汤治疗,比较2组患者临床总有效率。结果试验组临床总有效率为97.5%,对照组临床总有效率为82.5%,试验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对气血亏虚型肛瘘患者采取自拟益气生血汤结合西医疗法,可提高临床总有效率,值得在临床推广。Objective To explore the significance of self-made Yiqi Shengxue decoction in the treatment of anal fistula of deficiency of qi and blood. Methods From January 2018 to January 2019, 80 patients with anal fistula of deficiency of both qi and blood were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The control group of 40 cases was treated with conventional western medicine. In the experimental group, 40 cases were treated with self-made Yiqi Shengxue decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine. The clinical effective rate of the two groups was compared. Results The clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 97.5%, and that of the control group was 82.5%. The experimental group was better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion It is significant to adopt self-designed Yiqi Shengxue decoction combined with western medicine therapy for the patients with anal fistula of deficiency of both qi and blood, effectively improve the clinical effective rate, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
