中药溻渍治疗糖尿病足局部溃疡临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病足局部溃疡患者采取中药溻渍的治疗效果。方法选取2018年1月—2019年1月在沈阳市第七人民医院内分泌科就诊的80例糖尿病足局部溃疡患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组40例采取常规治疗,试验组40例在常规治疗的基础上使用中药溻渍进行治疗,比较2组患者的临床有效率。结果试验组总有效率为95.0%,高于对照组总有效率75.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病足局部溃疡患者采取中药溻渍进行治疗,可以有效提高总有效率,改善患者血液循环,缩短伤口愈合时间,值得推广。Objective To explore the significance of traditional Chinese medicine soaking in the treatment of diabetic foot local ulcer. Methods From January 2018 to January 2019 in department of endocrinology of Shenyang 7 th People’s Hospital, 80 cases of diabetic foot local ulcer were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group of 40 cases adopted regular treatment, and the experimental group of 40 cases adopted traditional Chinese medicine soaking on the basis of conventional treatment. The clinical effective rate was compared. Results The clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 95.0%, the clinical effective rate of the control group was 75.0%, the clinical effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine soaking in the treatment of diabetic foot local ulcer can effectively improve the clinical effective rate, improve patient’s blood circulation, shorten the wound healing time, and is worthy of promotion.
