合谷刺阻力针法在痛证中的应用探微

摘　　要：合谷刺属于古典刺法,阻力针法在搓针法的基础上发展而来,属于催气手法之一,笔者在临床中将二者结合,通过选取疼痛部位经络及所过腧穴旁的"反应点""条索物",使用粗毫针或圆利针进行针刺,待出现针感后行单向捻动手法,阻力形成后行提插手法,依此法多向刺,可加大刺激面积、加强针感,有效松解肌肉粘连、解除筋结挛缩。合谷刺阻力针法操作简便,疗效确切,具有临床推广应用及深入研究价值。Hegu acupuncture belongs to classical needling. Resistance acupuncture is developed on the basis of rubbing needling. It is one of the methods of promoting qi. The author combines the two methods in clinical practice. By selecting the "reaction point" and "rope object" beside the painful part of meridians and acupoints, coarse filiform needling or round needling are used for needling. After the needling sensation, one-way twisting technique is used, and after the resistance is formed, lifting and inserting is carried out. According to this method, the area of stimulation can be increased, the sense of needling can be strengthened, and the muscle adhesion and contracture can be effectively relieved. Hegu acupuncture with resistance needling is simple and effective, which has the value of clinical application and in-depth study.
