摘　　要：前核间眼肌麻痹作为核间性眼肌麻痹的一种,临床上较为少见,其症状以单侧复视为主,中医称其为"视歧",其发病有正虚、邪凑两方面的因素。本案通过辨证论治,扶正与祛邪并驱,采用针刺、艾灸双管齐下进行治疗,仅用四穴,临床疗效颇佳,遂记录医案并分析归纳治疗机制,以期为该病的针灸治疗提供一定的思路。As a kind of internuclear ophthalmoplegia, anterior internuclear ophthalmoplegia is relatively rare in clinical practice. Its symptoms are mainly unilateral diplopia, which is called as "visual disproportion" in traditional Chinese medicine. The pathogenesis of this disease is related to positive deficiency and pathogenic association in traditional Chinese medicine theory. In this case, only four acupoints are used to treat the disease and achieved certain efficacy. We hope to provide some ideas for the acupuncture in the treatment of anterior internuclear ophthalmoplegia by analyzing the mechanism of action.
