中药穴位贴敷联合中医情志护理在气血瘀滞型前列腺炎中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨中药穴位贴敷联合中医情志护理对气血瘀滞型前列腺炎的临床意义。方法选取2019年2月—2020年2月在大连大学附属中山医院泌尿外科就诊的80例前列腺炎患者,经中医辨证分型为气血瘀滞型,随机分为试验组和对照组。对照组采取常规护理干预,试验组在对照组的基础上使用中药穴位贴敷联合中医情志护理,比较2组患者慢性前列腺炎症状指数评分量表(NIH-CPSI)评分、世界卫生组织生活质量简明量表(WHOQOL-BRIEF)评分。结果试验组干预后NIH-CPSI评分、WHOQOL-BRIEF评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对气血瘀滞型前列腺炎患者采取中药穴位贴敷联合中医情志护理,可改善患者的临床症状,提高患者生活质量,值得在临床推广。Objective To explore the significance of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing in the treatment of prostatitis of qi and blood stasis type. Methods From February 2018 to February 2019 in urology department of Zhongshan Hospital affiliated to Dalian University, 80 patients with prostatitis of were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group adopted routine nursing intervention. Patients in the experimental group used traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing on the basis of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine. The chronic inflammatory prostate index rating scale(NIH-CPSI), the world health organization quality of life BRIEF scale(WHOQOL-BRIEF) was compared between the two groups. Results NIH-CPSI score WHOQOL-BRIEF score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, and there had statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with prostatitis of qi and blood stasis type, acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing can improve the clinical symptoms and the quality of life of the patients, and is worthy of promotion.
