摘　　要：党的十九大报告指出:“中国特色社会主义进入了新时代,这是我国发展新的历史方位”。面对新时代,国有矿山企业如何承担起新的历史使命,更好地发挥基础性产业作用,将国有企业的主力军作用充分地发挥出来,肩负起引导和推动全国矿业发展的重大责任。因此,本文从国有矿山企业的特点出发,结合新时代下国有矿山企业所承担的责任与义务,论述了国有矿山企业管理创新的迫切性,新时代对国有矿山企业管理创新提出的新要求。从国有矿山企业的公司治理、技术创新、安全环保新内涵和企业文化等方面对国有矿山企业管理创新进行了深入地分析和探讨。本文认为国有矿山企业必须通过管理创新,才能适应新时代的要求,成为世界先进企业,充分为国民经济的发展起到基础性产业作用。The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out:“Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,which is the new historical orientation of China's development”.In the new era,state-owned mining enterprises how can undertake the new historical mission,better play the role of basic industries,give full play to the role of the main force of state-owned enterprises,and shoulder the major responsibility of guiding and promoting the development of national mining industry.In this regard,starting from the characteristics of state-owned mining enterprises,combined with the responsibilities and obligations of state-owned mining enterprises in the new era,this paper discusses the urgency of management innovation of state-owned mining enterprises and the new requirements of management innovation of state-owned mining enterprises in the new era.From the aspects of corporate governance,technological innovation,new connotation of safety and environmental protection and corporate culture of state-owned mining enterprises,this paper analyzes and discusses the management innovation of state-owned mining enterprises.This paper holds that the state-owned mining enterprises must innovate in management in order to adapt to the requirements of the new era,become the world s advanced enterprises and play a fundamental role in the development of the national economy.
